Junior Area Manager
We are currently seeking a Junior Area Manager who will report to Area Manager Travel Retail EMEA as part of our dynamic Travel Retail EMEA team in Milan.
How you will contribute
Actively support the achievement of sales targets by executing the channel strategy in the assigned Travel Retail EMEA customer perimeter.
Manage and develop the Brands portfolio, increasing channel sales and profits in the EMEA region.
Analyze Sell In, Sell Out and Stock data monthly to monitor each customer's performance against predefined targets.
Support the identification of new business opportunities by strengthening the relationship with target customers in the EMEA region.
Develop the Brand Equity of Kering brands within the Travel Retail channel, through the proper implementation of Trade Marketing strategies.
Manage sales and product inventory planning with its channel customers to maximize warehouse efficiency and service level.
Support the management and coordination of customer appointments during sales campaigns with Trade Marketing and Sales Support: preparing business updates; defining assortment catalog; presenting new collections
In collaboration with the Training team plan, develop and deliver effective training interventions aimed at channel operators, with the goal of improving customer experience and sell out results.
Support the definition and development of Joint Business Plans with channel key accounts to develop long-term partnership projects.
Coordinate business functions (Trade Marketing; Sales Support; Logistic; Credit; Finance; etc) to ensure the best level of service to our customers.
Visit key airports and key customer locations, adhering to the assigned travel budget, to ensure constant monitoring at the point of sale and perform training when necessary.
Who you are
+3 years of experience in similar roles
Preferred industry experience: fashion and luxury, cosmetics, FMCG
Degree in Marketing or Business Mgmt with at least an international experience
Strong communication skills and positive attitude towards Teamwork
Strong skills in coordinating multi-functional teams and external partners
Excellent analytical skills
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
Fluent in English
Basic knowledge of Italian language
