Role purpose\r\n\r\nYou will have a unique opportunity to be part of the User Experience Team, of E_Lite, a YOOX NET-A-PORTER GROUP & Kering Group joint venture, in charge of managing ad supporting the Online business of the Kering Luxury brands.\r\n\r\nE_Lite is looking for an intern to work alongside our User Experience research team and the Bottega Veneta e-commerce team. This internship is a unique opportunity for someone who wishes to gain experience in the luxury e-commerce environment. We are looking for a researcher who is able to do:\r\n\r\nThe intern will support the Account in charge of the brand in the following activities:\r\n•Competitors analysis & best practices, mainly on Customer Experience\r\n•Support UX team in User Test on specific Markets and on ad hoc analysis on part of the website\r\n\r\nSkills and Experience\r\n•Numerate with analytical and computer literacy\r\n•Organizational skills \r\n•High level of accuracy\r\n•Good knowledge of MS Office especially of Excel and PowerPoint\r\n•Good level of English\r\n•Proactivity\r\n•Working autonomously being able to maintain a high level of synergy with the rest of the team\r\n•Good relational skills\r\n\r\n
